Table Mountain Includes cable car tickets and a guided tour on the top of Table Mountain. Table Mountain is an iconic attraction popular for its natural flora and fauna unique to Cape Town.

The Castle of Good Hope The Castle of Good Hope includes entrance fees and a guided tour. The Castle of Good Hope and Robben Island worked well for the Dutch and their operations. Prisoners coming from the Castle of Good Hope were sent to Robben Island to do hard labor. The Castle is the oldest building in South Africa which was built by the Dutch East India Company.

District 6 museum Entrance fees included at the District 6 Museum. The museum displays the hardship and suffering of non-whites losing their homes during the Apartheid regime laws.

Bo-Kaap (Malay headquarters) Bo-Kaap is an area which attracts tourist around the world. The array of bright colorful homes, the culture and its arts and crafts makes it a unique little town in Cape Town.

The company gardens The first fruit and vegetable garden in Cape Town planted by the Dutch. The stroll on the demarcated path ways is amazing greenery and is also popular for its parliamentarian buildings which were used in the olden days.

Green Market square Green Market square- Green Market squares is a tourist heaven for African Art on sale in the center of the city. (Time permitted)

Noon Gun Experience the noon gun, an original Dutch Naval canon thats fired everyday at noon. The Cannon is situated at Signal Hill and has been operating since 1806. Amazing pictures could be taken from this landmark.

Information

This guided tour of Cape Town is a full day city and Table Mountain scenic tour which includes Castle of Good Hope, District 6 museum,Bo Kaap, Company Gardens, and the Noon Gun. Experience the top of Table Mountain via the cable car thereafter we head to the city and Bo-Kaap area for sightseeing. Bo Kaap is visited as part of the tour and as an optional lunch stop. The Bo-Kaap area also known as the Cape Malay area, was famous for its artisans, masonries, builders and carpenter's after slavery was abolished. En-route the tour would extent via the city where Nelson Mandela gave his first speech in 1990. We would be passing by the Castle of Goodhope and making our way to the popular Distrix 6. In the apartheid regime people were forcibly removed from district 6 and the area still holds many sentimental wounds to the locals. We cover some of the vibrant streets in the city. We make our way to Cape Towns Gardens also called "The Company Gardens" which originally started in the 1600s to plant produce for restocking of ships. Over the years the Company Gardens has changed and is currently a frequented tourist destination with various Monuments and other attractions. our journey takes us to Cape Town's main streets to get to the Castle of Goodhope. The historic castle was once located on the shores of the Atlantic Ocean, however with time the shores moved back further away from the sea. The Castle of Goodhope is situated close to the Cape Town parade. The castle was built originally by the Dutch and at one stage relied on 300 slaves and people who tried to complete the castle. The Table Mountain tour is a must visit for every local or tourist coming to Cape Town. Table Mountain alone has brought 25 million visitors since the opening of the Mountain in the 1900's. The tour ends when the cable way returns at which point your private tour guide takes you back to the drop off at your hotel.

Although every effort is made to secure all the attractions on this day tour, Robben Islands tickets (specifically) cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability through a 3rd party service. If we are not able to secure tickets for Robben Island, the rest of the tour will still continue with an alternative attraction to compensate Robben Island or we will refund the Robben Island ticket fee. Please use webtickets.co.za as an indication to ticket availability.

Departure at 8:30 and drop off between 16:30 and 17:30, we will do our best to adhere to the confirmed times provided at time of booking.

Cancellations from 0 to 24 hours prior to tour departure: 100% cancellation fee will be charged
Cancellations from 24 to 72 hours prior to tour departure: 50% cancellation fee will be charged, plus any additional charges levied by suppliers up to date of cancellation.
Cancellations 3 to 30 days prior to tour departure: 25% cancellation fee will be charged, plus any additional charges levied by suppliers up to date of cancellation.
Cancellations 30 days or more prior to tour departure: 10% cancellation fee will be charged plus charges for costs incurred.
The tour which has been selected could not be changed for any other tour or cancelled due to weather conditions.
