Cape Point
At Cape Point, Cape Town’s nature enthusiast’s paradise which is located within the Cape of Good Hope Table Mountain National Park we experience the light house, flying dutchman, shipwrecks, Baboons, Ostriches, Buck and over 250 species of bird in its natural habitat.

The Cape Point Tour by Cape Coastal Tours is a full day guided tour of Cape Town Peninsula. This full day scenic excursion drives along the beautiful mountains, beaches and vineyards of the Mother City.
The tour has several stops and visits to top "must-see" attractions of Cape Town.
The Cape Point tour covers the Cape Peninsula starting from Cape Town city reaching alongside the Atlantic Ocean towards Cape Point and winding down at the penguin's colony. We finish the journey via Muizenberg beach with a visit to the colourful huts on the coast.

The trip takes us past the famous V&A waterfront, through Sea Point main road all the way to Victoria Road where we reach our first stop at Maiden's Cove.
Maiden's Cove overlooks the gorgeous Blue Flag beach of Camps Bay as well as the 12 Apostle Mountains.
Heading towards Cape Point, Cape of Goodhope nature reserve, we continue our route via the Atlantic Ocean passing by Bakoven, Oudekraal, Llandudno and making our way to our stop at Hout Bay Harbour.
The harbour is central to a quaint fishing village on the coast of the Atlantic Ocean where guests can enjoy a boat ride from Hout bay Harbour to Duiker Seal Island (time permitting).
The Duiker Island boat trip is approximately 45min/1hr long boat ride where 100's of Cape Fur Seals can be seen swimming in the ocean and bathing on ocean rock.
Houtbay is also is home to several curio stores, restaurants, diamond sales, and various other activities.
After Houtbay our next stop is the famous Cape Point, the southernmost westerly tip in Africa. On route to Cape of Goodhope we journey along the spectacular Chapmans-Peak Mountain following through the Noordhoek area to start the tour of Cape Point and Cape of Goodhope.
At the Cape of Goodhope Table Mountain National Park we look out for possible sightings of the Oystercatcher Bird, Chacma Baboon, Wild Ostrich and various other wild life. We start with a light hike to the top of the mountain that reaches +/-200 meters above sea level.
Cape Point, part of Cape of Good hope national park is roughly 1hr a 30min walk via a mountain route grasping wide eye view over the Oceans on either side of the mountains. The height is said to be over +/-800 meters above sea level.
The Cape Point Tour take us to he light house and lookout point at the Southern most Westerly Tip of Africa. From Cape Point lookout, guests can see the oceans and beautiful mountains of the peninsula
The next highlight is the protected Penguin Colony at Boulders beach in Simons Town. The African penguin is also known as the Jack Ass Penguin. Your tour guide will take you on a bridge walk to appreciate the African Penguins in their natural habitat.
Nearing the end of the day we start making our way back to the drop off. En-route we travel via Glencairne, Fish Hoek, St James and our final stop is at Muizenburg (Surfers Corner) to see the colourful houses along the beach. This is one trip that every tourist must experience when visiting Cape Town.
